Product prices are displayed in Japanese yen on each product page. A flat shipping fee of ¥1,000 applies to deliveries within Japan.
Payment Method and Timing
Credit and debit card payments are processed through Stripe at checkout.
Delivery
We deliver within Japan only. Personalised products are made to order and delivery is estimated within 15 business days after an order is confirmed.
Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds
Because products are personalised and made to order, returns or exchanges are accepted only when there is a problem caused by manufacturing, printing, or fabric quality. Incorrect size or design/print selection by the customer is not eligible for a return. Please contact us promptly through our Contact page with your order details and photographs of the issue. This does not limit mandatory rights under applicable law.
